Does Blue Door take insurance?
No, we’re private pay. Some residents use third party funding to help, and we can help you navigate those resources.
Can I attend the recovery meetings if I’m not a resident?
Yes! The more the merrier, come be part of our community. Reach out on the Contact page and we’ll gladly send you the details.
What’s provided to residents?
We provide furniture, basic linens, utilities, a fully stocked kitchen, TV streaming services, cleaning supplies, coffee, and Peloton workout equipment. Residents must provide their own food.
Is there drug testing?
Yes - periodic and random drug testing is used to ensure a sober living environment for all.
Is there a curfew?
No - residents can come and go as they please.
Does Blue Door allow pets?
Yes! We love pets, and allow them in single rooms (with some restrictions of course).
Is Blue Door a treatment program?
No - though we love when our residents are in an IOP or PHP program and have lots of great places to refer you to.
Is Blue Door a detox?
No - residents must be detoxed safely before moving into Blue Door houses.
What does it cost to live at Blue Door?
We have double rooms starting at $1,100 per month and singles starting at $1,900 per month.
